If we accept your Estimate for Bartending or Event Services what should I expect to be next ?
When you accept one of our Estimates for any of our services you can expect an invoice for your Deposit to lock in your date of service. Once deposit is paid we confirm that payment received by setting up your next (or series of) appointments. Our appointments come with text and email reminders where you are able to confirm or reschedule with your response.
How easily will I be able to reach you if I have questions or updates to my services?
Given the fact we coordinate several events weekly, our hands can get pretty full. So please keep this is mind;
*If your event is within 14 days you are on our priority list and you will be called back within 24hours, events within 48 hours will be called back almost immediately.
*If your event date is a bit further out please keep in mind we are doing everything to make everyone's special events perfect and stress free. With that said if I was not able to get right back to you Mondays are when I begin return calls. When leaving a voicemail please include the best time for you to be reached for this to be at your earliest convenience
What comes with your basic bartending services?
All of our Bar Service packages come with fruit garnishes (lemon, lime, oranges and maraschino cherries), straws, cocktail napkins, a bartender (TAM certified) with all the necessary bar service tools and a one hour event planning consultation; where we finalize all services and packages as well as supply you with your liquor shopping list. (We do not carry a liquor license therefore we do not supply any alcohol beverages, we only supply the list.) Your custom shopping list specifies what you are responsible for providing so that we may execute the service we promise. Ask about our upgraded bar packages!
Do you have any service plans for a dry event/wedding?
Yes, we have mocktail packages that are perfect for any event, birthday, shower, wedding we have the perfect plan waiting for you! You and your guest will be pleased with pretty glasses full of juices, sodas, coffees and teas of your choice from our menu; pick the package that fits your needs and budget.
What should I expect from your Wedding Officiant Services?
Our Wedding Officiant will work closely with you to make sure you get the exact service you have always dreamed of. Expect to answer many questions about your background, how you met, the activities you enjoy together, as well as how you see you service and more at your included one hour consultation. Aside from the many questions the WO will also have available a few select prewritten scripts, as well as many suggestions for the flow of the ceremony if you have yet to plan out the fine details. Each ceremony is really tailored to our clients so please try to have both partners available for these Consultations. Our WO will be available for both your Rehearsal and your Wedding Day. Full Contract agreement of WO services will be attached to the Estimate emailed to you after your free phone Consultation.
What will an Invitation Specialist do for me?
Invitations for any event including but not limited to: Wedding, Birthday, Baby Shower Dinner Parties, if you're hosting it we can create the perfect invite for you. Let our Invitation Specialist create your invitations, RSVP card, thank you cards, table cards, seating chart and more all custom through your guidance for your perfect design. Or pick from our wide variety of high quality designs . All options based around your budget in mind, only get what you want.
