A.R. & Company LLC's Event Planning Services may display and use any photographs from your event for advertising, display, website, promotion, and for any other purposes at our discretion.
To opt out, please contact Ashley Renee directly to make adjustments to your contract.

Security Deposit Policy: Once you ("the client") have received your quote and decided to proceed with event planning services by reserving the date of service with a deposit, you are given the option to pay either 25% (minimum of $100) or in full to receive a discount. A deposit is the only way to guarantee we ("the company") have the necessary resources available for your event date and that we are able to prepare for your specific event in a timely manner. Once we have received your deposit, you have access to our full professional services up to the end of your event date*.

Refunds: Cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 60-89 days of the event date will incur a 15% fee. Cancellations made within 31-59 days to the event will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 30 of the event will not be refunded their security deposit. In the event of a cancellation for an event that was paid in full, you will be refunded according to the fees of cancellation time frame.
